I recently stayed one night at The Harbour Hotel in Padstow and it was first class. I really loved the decor in all the areas, which was modern but with great little quirky additions. The bedroom was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary gin & tonic, which was lovely touch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally enjoyable, beautifully cooked, and presented. The views from the dining room were spectacular and the location of the hotel is great for walking along the coast and into the shops in town. I would highly recommend the hotel and I look forward to my next visit.
Lovely lunch, very good quality food for the same price you'd pay in any other local pub. Great views of the harbour. Served by such a lovely young guy on the weekend, a credit to the hotel.
A fantastic 5 day break.
The restaurant food and service were first class. Nick and Jasmaine were outstanding, attentive, engaging and created a brilliant vibe in the bar / restaurant.
The rooms are lovely and the whole hotel is designed with style, it’s comfortable and cozy.
So good we booked to go to their sister hotel in Fowey and New Year.
10/10
Booked a short break and overall it was perfect. My only criticism is with the afternoon tea. Yes it is a fabulous tea but personally I think they should offer the tea away from the main lunch bookings. In our case, this was a celebratory …
A much improved grand old lady of Padstow, which in recent times, had fallen a long way from its former glories. Our recent long weekend stay however re established our love of the hotel which enjoys a wonderful position overlooking
Padstow Harbour and across the Camel Estuary to Rock.
Our booking was very last minute, our room did not enjoy a full estuary view but was well decorated, very clean, of good size with an en suite Shower room.
Breakfast was included with a good choice of freshly cooked options, and wide variety of cereals, breads fruit and pastries.
The staff were all attentive and helpful, this was our first stay there for over 30 years, but we will soon be returning.
Well done Harbour Hotels.
The staff are absolutely lovely. Genuinely welcoming and quickly fixed any issues. The location is excellent, being a very short walk to the harbour. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are beautifully appointed so I gave this …
The best restaurant at a hotel that you will ever find. Two dinners here and both were exceptional with the freshest seafood. Mussels were a perfect 10/10 and absolutely incredible. Rooms are great and location is perfect. Only negative is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Great staff and service.
A great location, brilliant staff, lovely room, food ok just disappointed with the portion size of the English breakfast and the sausage did not taste nice. I opted for the vegetarian option 2nd morning which was much better.
